All events include staffed and well-stocked aid stations. Many of our volunteers are seasoned cyclists, runners and tri-athletes who are able to help, provide advice and spot cyclists or runners in distress.
Ham radio operators are also present at each aid station to make sure that our SAG volunteers are quickly dispatched to where they're most urgently needed.
Road ride aid station locations are indicated on the route maps:
Aid stations for the Trail Runs are provided at 3-4 mile intervals along the courses, and stocked with energy bars, snacks, water and an electrolyte replenishment drink. Monitors stationed along the routes also carry limited amounts of emergency supplies.
